These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd56 ("bd56", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the website located at bd56.club, including any sub-pages, features, content, games, sportsbook markets, and services made available through it.

As a registered player on bd56, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

Where an account is closed by bd56 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. bd56 will provide written notice of the closure reason to the email address registered on the account where permitted by applicable law.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bd56 may apply a dormancy fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its internal policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
